Inspired by the richness of Greek cuisine and with deep respect for tradition, we create dishes that speak straight to the heart.

We use only local ingredients: olive oil from Rhodian groves, wild herbs from the mountains, fresh vegetables from small producers, and fish & seafood delivered daily from the waters of Rhodes and the surrounding islands.
